Ad Standards - Advertising Complaint Submission Form

Ad Standards' mandate is to build and maintain trust between consumers and the advertising industry. One of the ways in which Ad Standards accomplishes this is by administering the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards (Code). The Code sets the criteria for truthful, fair, and accurate advertising in Canada and forms the basis by which to review complaints from members of the public about advertising content.
